Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight-round match which will be broadcast live on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" his opponent as the two fighters confronted each other to publicize the upcoming boxing match.
Ex two time world title holder Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge disparity - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Attitude
"I'm going to damage his features and hurt his body. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to really want to injure him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
Despite these statements, a composed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually known for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "not serious" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British rival Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he said.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mainly boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Success
However, the novice continues to be one of boxing's largest financial successes, regularly earning substantial earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old anticipated a stoppage in rounds four or five and asserted he would prevent the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly under discussion for two years from now.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.
Size Disparity
As the two fighters participated in the usual face-off, with their physical disparity on show, it drove home just how improbable this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is actually proceeding.
